As with any Wanderful Journeys hotel booking, when booking online you will get full Virtuoso amenities and preferred rates. Additionally, we will VIP you with the hotel before arrival, and will be there to assist with your trip for you before, during and after your stay.

How To Use
Using the Booking Tool is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1: Create an account with Wanderful Journeys as your advisor
Follow this LINK to the Virtuoso Booking Tool. On the upper right hand corner of the page click either “sign in” or “create an account”.
To create an account just enter you email and choose your own password. Once you submit, click the “Find an Advisor” button and you will automatically be sent to Wanderful Journey’s founder, Andrea Schubiner’s advisor page.
If you already have a Virtuoso account, make sure Andrea is selected as your travel advisor.
If you need to add her as your advisor, click on ‘My Profile’ located under your name in the top right hand corner, and then click the blue box that says ‘Find an Advisor’.
Step 2: Book Online
On the ‘Hotels’ page, enter your destination - or specific hotel if you already know where you want to go! Add your dates, number of travelers and click ‘search’.
View Virtuoso hotel rates, availability and select the room category you want.
Provide your contact and payment details – and you are all set!
*Pro tip – before finalizing your booking, double check to make sure you have selected the correct dates and that you are comfortable with hotel’s deposit and cancellation policy.
Please note: You can only make 1 room reservation at a time, so we do not recommend this tool if you are booking multiple rooms – especially if you are looking for connecting rooms. If this is something you need, just give us a call and we can book for you.
Step 3: Travel the Wanderful VIP way!
Once you complete your booking we will automatically be notified and confirm the booking with you. We will also follow up with the hotel to make sure you get all your special requests, Virtuoso amenities and VIP treatment you deserve. You just have to show up, check-in as you would normally do and enjoy!
When NOT to book through Virtuoso.com yourself
As you may know, Wanderful Journeys is lucky to have some amazing partnerships with top luxury hotel programs who often have Virtuoso properties. Through these preferred partnerships, we can actually get you BETTER VALUE booking directly through these partners than if you were to book through Virtuoso.

When in doubt, always feel free to ask us if you should book yourself through Virtuoso or if we can get you more value by booking directly.
Additionally, Virtuoso’s new ‘Exclusive Hotel Offers’ can be viewed via the Hotel Booking Tool however, cannot be booked online, so please reach out if you see an exclusive promotion you would like to take advantage of.
Finally, if you have specific requests for your stay, need multiple rooms, need to book multiple destinations as part of a longer trip, or have any other “booking complications” – please contact Wanderful Journeys directly and we will be sure to help book and manage the reservations for you. Unfortunately the tool is not built to go beyond basic hotel reservations at this time.
A Few Things to Note Before Booking
Booking Tool is not mobile friendly. Unfortunately you will not be able to make reservations via phones or tablets – you must book from a desktop computer or laptop.
Not all Virtuoso hotels can be booked online. Some hotels have chosen not to participate in the booking tool. If you don’t see rates for a hotel you are interested in, please contact us and we will get you booked!
You cannot cancel or change a booking yourself. To do so, please contact Wanderful Journeys directly.
You cannot book a stay less than 24 hours in advance. The booking tool does not accept reservations less than a day before arrival, please contact us to make last minute reservations.
Be sure to add all travels’ information. You don’t want to leave someone off the reservation! This also helps us and the hotel better prepare for your stay.
Beware of rate currency. Rates will likely be displayed in USD as a default. While this is convenient, when booking foreign hotels please be aware that you will be charged in the hotel’s local currency – so final pricing may be valued at a different rate depending on currency fluctuations. To see rate in hotel’s local currency, click on ‘Rate’ on top of the search field and find the corresponding currency.
